a year ago…

i was getting my hair done…..

jake was hanging out with his groomsmen…

i was trying to fight off the nerves…

we were surrounding ourselves with natural beauty….

i was walked down the aisle by my parents…

so that i could marry my best friend…

(we were also hoping that rain storm in the background would hold off! and it did!)

well, it rained a little….but only enough for awesome pictures!

we mustached our family and friends…

and spent the rest of the night contra dancing with our guests…

until we took off for an amazing honeymoon in Canada…

I can’t believe we’ve been married for a whole year already! Our first year has seen lots of ups and downs (more downs than we would like) but we’ve grown together so much because of it, and I can’t wait to see what the next 50 years bring! I love you, Jake. Thanks for being an amazing husband and friend.
